Against whom thou hast dealt faithlessly,
Though she is thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant. [Sidenote: Mal. 2:15, 16] Therefore give heed to your spirit, And let none deal faithlessly with the wife of his youth, For I hate putting away, Saith Jehovah, the God of Israel, And him who covers his garment with violence; Therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not faithlessly. In that ye say, Everyone that doeth evil Is good in the sight of Jehovah, And he delighteth in them; Or where is the God of justice?
